Adrian began training at the Wakefield club 21 years ago and achieved his black belt at the young age of 18. Having worked his way through the ranks to Assistant Instructor, he then became a Senior Instructor and currently teaches the club at Friday training sessions. Adrian currently holds the grade of 4th Dan Black Belt, is a current member of the British National Squad, and is a member of the National Dan Grading Panel.
Competition Record: Competed and successfully won many medals in competitions as a junior and continued on at senior level.

Brisbane, Australia in 1991
Osaka, Japan in 2001 gaining a silver medal
Leeds, UK in 2003, gaining a silver and 2 bronze medals
Katsura, Japan 2005
Ohio, USA in 2007 where he obtained a gold and a silver medal.
